	New Birth Transitional Housing Program. Click here for more information and to apply. - The Transitional House Program is a six month life changing experience in which the family will receive training, counseling and support. Also, family support will be offered six months after graduation. There are two basic requirements that must be met prior to completing the application. First, your monthly income must be $1,000 or higher. Secondly, no one in the household can have a felony record. If you meet these two basic qualifications and your family is in a situation of financial hardship where they are on the verge or are currently homeless we encourage you to apply. PLEASE do not call the church regarding your application. All correspondence will be through email and the application must be completed online . Also, you must have a Fellowship One account to apply.

	MARTA Service Changes & Fare Increases. - On June 28, 2010, the MARTA Board of Directors, during a special board meeting, approved the FY 2011 Operating and Capital Budgets which include major transit service changes and a number of fare increases. Service changes were developed based on MARTA's guiding principles to develop a core service that is reliable and sustainable and maintains connections to major activity centers and critical "lifeline" facilities. Notwithstanding, this budget is the most austere ever adopted by the Authority. The transit service changes and fare increases are scheduled to become effective, September 25, 2010 and October 3, 2010 respectively. For more information please visit www.itsmarta.com.

	I-20 Construction Project. - This weekend’s work will require that the two left eastbound lanes be closed from Columbia Drive to Snapfinger Creek. Two right lanes will be open and no ramp closures are planned, however the ramp from I-285 south to I-20 east will be narrowed to one lane to accommodate the work.

P4 for Women is an exciting new health education program where women have an opportunity to talk, laugh, and receive life saving information on relationships, sex, and becoming a healthier woman.
