2008 New Citizens’ Training Track
Classes
New Members Department
New Ambassadors
of Christ, Now Is The Time! In keeping with the vision of our
Bishop, the New Citizens’ Ministry, in conjunction with the
Christian Education Department, has designed a training track
that all incoming New Citizens’ are required to complete as New
Ambassadors.
This training track
prepares you to serve in a ministry where your gifts, talents and skills can
be fully utilized for the advancement of the Kingdom. The vision of Bishop
Long is for our Servant Leaders to be fulfilled while serving in the
ministries and impacting our communities for Christ.
The Servant Leader’s
Training Track to Serve is outlined below. All New Citizens’ (and
current citizens’ who have not yet completed their New Citizens’ Orientation
Classes), will be required to complete all three tracks prior
to becoming active in ministry. Current citizens’, who have been active in
ministry prior to the development of Training Tracks II and III, are asked
to complete Tracks II and III at your earliest convenience.
If you have any questions,
please visit the New Citizens’ booth located across from the Welcome Center
before or after service on Wednesdays and Sundays. You can also contact us
at 770-696-9600 x1052 or via email:
