NBCA History
In
2006 Faith Academy’s name was changed to New
Birth Christian Academy. New Birth Christian
Academy is located in the suburbs of Atlanta
in DeKalb County, Georgia. The school is the
vision of Bishop Eddie L. Long and
exemplifies the concept “School of
Excellence.” His goal was to establish a
program that would assist children to excel
academically as well as spiritually. This
institution was birthed on the two
principles of discipline and fundamentals.
The Academy opened in August 1993 with an
enrollment of ninety-six students,
kindergarten through third grades. Today New
Birth Christian Academy has two hundred plus
students in PreK-3 through eleventh grade.
Music, Performing Arts, Visual Arts,
Computer Technology and Foreign Language are
some of our most recent additions.
Special Addition:
Please note that twelfth grade will be added
in August 2008.
The addition of
interscholastic athletics is to be
announced.

NBCA is now accepting
applications for the 2008-2009 school
year for students in grades PreK-3
through twelve. To apply, you must
submit an application along with all
required documentation. Make sure your
application is legible and complete.

30038 Monday through Friday between the
hours of 8AM and 4PM. A testing
appointment and parent interview will be
scheduled after all paperwork and
registration fees are received.
