Pentecost is celebrated on the fiftieth day after Passover, commemorating the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai. The Feast of Pentecost was honored by bringing First Fruits into the Temple. Our Resurrected Christ celebrated Passover with His disciples and told them of the promise of the Holy Spirit. Then, exactly fifty days after willingly giving Himself as the Passover Lamb, the promise was fulfilled and Christ’s followers were all filled with the power of the Holy Spirit in the Upper Room.
Come to the Worship Services rejoicing, dressed in white and prepare to present the Lord with a Pentecost Seed.
